RequirementsEducation:Bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or similarfields.
Experience:46 years of experience in retail buying category management orsourcing in the furniture industry. Prior experience in kidsfurniture or similar categories ispreferred.
Strong knowledge of kidsfurniture including design functionality and safetystandards.
Experience in vendornegotiation and relationshipmanagement.
High attention to detailand ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Strong analyticalskills with the ability to assess trends pricing and marketdemands.
Knowledge of product lifecycles and ordermanagement.
Excellent communicationskills in both written and spokenEnglish.
