JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings and BarBending Schedules (BBS) based on structural designspecifications.
  • Develop and modify rebardetailing for various structural elements such as foundationscolumns beams slabs and walls.
  • Ensure accuratereinforcement detailing in compliance with project requirements andlocal UAE standards.
  • Coordinate with StructuralEngineers Site Teams and Contractors to ensure the correctimplementation of reinforcement works.
  • Reviewand interpret structural drawings shop drawings and technicaldocuments.
  • Assist in the preparation of asbuiltdrawings and maintain documentation for rebarworks.
  • Identify and resolve any clashes ordiscrepancies in reinforcement detailing with the engineeringteam.
  • Work closely with site teams to providetechnical drafting support for onsite constructionactivities.
  • Ensure that all drawings adhere toproject specifications safety standards and authority regulationsin the UAE.

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma orCertificate in Civil Engineering Drafting or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the GCCideally with UAE contracting experience.
  • Strongknowledge and handson experience in Rebar detailing Reinforcementand Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD and rebar detailing software such as RebarCAD orsimilar.
  • Familiarity with UAE structural codesand standards.
  • Ability to read and interpretstructural drawings andspecifications.
  • Excellent attention to detailand accuracy in drafting.
  • Strong communicationand coordination skills.
  • Must be locallyavailable in the UAE and ready to joinimmediately.
