Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks in our office in Dubai . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations by handling documentation, assisting staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and stationery .
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements .
- Support staff with document preparation, printing, and photocopying .
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained .
- Assist in receiving and directing visitors and guests .
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Maintain records of office expenses and petty cash (if required).
- Provide support to different departments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team .
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to take on various office support tasks as needed.
