Fand B Hostess is a support role which ensures smooth running of therestaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective serviceensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort is guaranteedat all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary inorder to confidently recommend and upsell the various products onoffer.

Yourdaytodaywork:

• Welcomeguests to the assigned outlet receive and conduct guests to tablesensure that they are attended to and be available for them alwaysas a point ofcontact
  
• Takeoutlet reservations handle the reservation book and answer thetelephone in an impeccablemanner
  
• Setup the outlet prior to the business hours along with the serviceteam
  
• Coordinatewith the service team in making necessary arrangements according tofloor plan for reservations or blocking off reservedtables
  
• Observethe cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and the entrancearea
  
• Assurethe wellbeing of all guests by maintaining a close friendly yetdiscretecontact
  
• Beaware of all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart inorder to recommend if a guestrequests
  
• Contributein setting up the outletsdatabase
  
• Reassurethe guests satisfaction upon theirdeparture.
  

EducationandExperience:

• Ideallyyour background will be from the hotel/F&B industry andworked as a Service Attendant for a minimum of 1 year in a 3star orabove categoryhotel.
  
• FluentEnglish is a must and other languages would be anadvantage.
