Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Specialist at Beno, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in delivering seamless and exceptional service to our clients, predominantly focusing on the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and corporate division. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and providing vital support to the sales team to ensure the overall success of our sales operations.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support:
- Efficiently manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and sales materials for the team.
- Assist in managing the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Client Communication:
- At times, act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience.
- Sales Team Assistance:
- Provide support to the sales team in preparing for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Conduct research on potential clients, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous, preferably in the luxury services industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
