A day in thelife
Every day is different as a Programme Manager. Youllwork both independently and collaboratively on projects which maybe at different stages of the project lifecycle from development todelivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedbackto assess a programme pilot then spend your afternoon discussing aresourcing plan for another project. You will collaborate withother teams track project progress and share updates with keystakeholders.

Amazon is a datadriven businessso no matter which project you are implementing part of your rolewill involve gathering insights to make decisions. Youll trialdifferent ideas analyse data to identify potential challenges andpresent your findings to senior teams.

ACESmanagers are focused on leading UFG LM UTR/OTR improvements made onbehalf of Amazon customers to drive into standardization effortsact as liaisons with other departments provide process skills tothe UFG LM station provide SME support for routing and OTR planningsupport LM Kaizen Events in their areas of expertise and to run andcoordinate crossfunctional projects for successful implementationacross the UFG Stores.

About theteam
As part of Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES)team we work to continually improve the Amazon Logisticsexperience. We look after highimpact initiatives and help todevelop roll out and look after a range of logisticsfocusedprojects. Recent examples include launching and expandingmicromobility delivery (via ecargo bike or on foot) and electricvehicle delivery. Using datadriven tools were able to see how wecan make processes better and more efficient or how we can reducewaste across the business.

Our team supportsfield operations to launch new programmes and technologybasedsolutions helping them meet customer demand and drivecustomerfocused innovation. Were also responsible for raising thebar for our learning teams and making the onboarding experience forAssociates Delivery Partners and Managers as engaging aspossible.

There are lots of differentopportunities within the ACES team so we welcome people with abroad range of skillsets. We work across a network of 200 deliverystations to make sure everything from onboarding to deliverymethods are as effective as possible. A degree
Relevant experience working in a programme management role withmultiple stakeholders
Relevant experience in analysingquantitative data effectively to drive decisions
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word ExcelOutlook) and/or SQL in a professionalenvironment
