Reporting to the Admin Team Lead, the main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:* Collection of data for entry from the relevant IT- application* Authenticate correctness of data collected* Process valid data for entry and upload these in authorities system.* Escalate erroneous data to concerned department for correction.* From time to time attend to enquiries from authorities* Maintain an efficient and effective record management system for data* Generate reports for enquiries regarding entered data, erroneous data

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:* Degree/Diploma in Business or Secretarial* Analytical and problem solving skills* This position requires a strong attention to details, to include the ability to operate various work processing software and spreadsheets.* Don't be scared of big date sets* Experience in data entry or relevant position* Planning and organizing skills* Excellent verbal and written skills* Results-oriented, team player and excellent interpersonal skills* Fluent in English andآ Arabic speaker
