As part of their growth they are looking foran experienced Pastry & International CuisineChef to curate a unique menu that complements theirspecialty coffee offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a highquality menufeaturing pastries and international cuisine that enhances the cafscoffee experience.
  • Introduce seasonal andtrenddriven items ensuring a fresh and dynamicmenu.
  • Ensure consistency in flavor presentationand quality across all offerings.
  • Oversee foodpreparation ensuring compliance with UAE food safety and hygienestandards.
  • Manage kitchen operations optimizeworkflows and maintain cost control.
  • Lead trainand mentor the kitchen team to uphold high standards ofexecution.
  • Source premium ingredients manageinventory and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Stayupdated on international culinary trends and integrate them intothe menu.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a PastryChef with expertise in international cuisine preferably in ahighend caf orrestaurant.
  • Strong understandingof flavor pairing and menu development that aligns with specialtycoffee.
  • Creative and detailoriented approach tofood presentation and quality.
  • Strongleadership and team managementskills.
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards andUAE food safety regulations.
  • Ability to thrivein a fastpaced environment while maintaining consistency andexcellence.
  • Culinary degree or relevantcertification is preferred.
