  • Provideexcellent customer service by attending to incoming calls withinthe quality guidelines
  • Handling and resolvingcustomer complaints to customer satisfaction within the definedauthority limits and to escalate as perprocess
  • Recommend potential products orservices to management by collecting customer information andanalyzing customer needs
  •  Ensurequality of inbound / outbound calls by achieving set targets interms of service standards and customer satisfactionscores
  • Contribute to the business by generatingnew prospects/Leads and upselling for all types of FABproducts
  • Maintains customer records by updatingcustomer history through service requests/complaints andNotes Maintain confidentiality of the banks customers anddata
