- Provideexcellent customer service by attending to incoming calls withinthe quality guidelines
- Handling and resolvingcustomer complaints to customer satisfaction within the definedauthority limits and to escalate as perprocess
- Recommend potential products orservices to management by collecting customer information andanalyzing customer needs
- Ensurequality of inbound / outbound calls by achieving set targets interms of service standards and customer satisfactionscores
- Contribute to the business by generatingnew prospects/Leads and upselling for all types of FABproducts
