  • Reports to Floor Supervisor repairs,maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies inroom status.
  • Anticipates, responds to guestrequirements and requests
  • Performs other dutiesassigned by superior.
  • Ensures compliance withCompany rules, statutory and legal requirements for fire, health,and safety.
  • Conducts section lineninventory.
  • Gives regular report to HousekeepingSupervisor regarding rooms not serviced as perinstruction.
  • Attends departmental dailybriefing, housekeeping communication meeting, and other trainingsessions
  • Renders assistance and cooperation tocolleagues and other associates of other departments in a prompt,caring and helpful manner.

  • 2. Public AreaMaintenance

  • Cleaningand maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms,and elevators.
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, andensuring the cleanliness of high-trafficareas.

  • 3. LaundryManagement

  • Collecting,washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and otherfabrics used in the hotel.
  • Ensuring that cleanlinens are properly stored and distributed to guestrooms.

  • 4. RestockingSupplies

  • Ensuringguest rooms are stocked with fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, andother amenities.
  • Reporting low stock levels ofhousekeeping supplies and placing orders forreplacements.

  • 5.Reporting MaintenanceIssues
