Roles and responsibilities
  • Greet and seat customers,providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring promptservice.
  • Present menus, answer questions, andmake recommendations, showcasing a thorough knowledge of the menuitems, including wine pairings andspecialties.
  • Take orders accurately, relayingthem to the kitchen staff and ensuring special requests or dietaryrestrictions are accommodated.
  • Serve food andbeverages with elegance and finesse, demonstrating a keen attentionto detail and adhering to the restaurant's standards forpresentation and hygiene.
  • Monitor tablesthroughout the dining experience, anticipating customers'needs and promptly addressing any concerns or additionalrequests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizationin the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting themfor new customers, as well as assisting with general restaurantupkeep as needed.

What You WillBring

  • Oneto two years' experience working in Food &Beverage preferred.
  • Knowledge of French andMediterranean cuisine, alcoholic beverages andwines.
  • Excellent customer service skills withgreat enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result orientedand highly self-motivated.
  • Professional,service oriented, eager to help coworkers, adoptable withchanges.

  • Food and BeveragePairing: Offering recommendations for food and drinkpairings, enhancing the overall guestexperience.

4. Food andBeverageService

  • ServingFood and Drinks: Delivering food and beverages tothe correct table in an organized and timely manner, ensuring thatall items are presented according to restaurantstandards.
  • Upselling:Suggesting additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks toenhance the guest's dining experience and increasesales.
