Excellent Data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Minimum Experience 10 years relevant experience in similar function. Generic Accountability Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Promote the organisation’s core values and ethics in all activities within the team and wider organization to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the bank. Continuous Improvement Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. Reporting Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Business and/or department requirements, policies and quality standards. Job Specific Accountabilities Produce reports that would support the cost movements in general and administrative (G&A) expenses; gather data from multiple departments and systems, provide insight & analysis by preparing customized reports. Ensure reports are generated and completed on a timely basis. Send monthly enablement cost packs such as but not limited to the following: Group cost, Head Office and Enablement flash reports One-time expenditures or cost initiatives Cost savings driven by various LOBs Periodic variance cost analysis Other relevant cost packs Provide cover for other members of the team when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
