Howwill you make an impact

TheCorporate Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing thefinancial health and stability of the organization by managing cashflow liquidity and financial risk. This role ensures the companymaintains sufficient funding to meet its operational and strategicobjectives while minimizing financial risks.

Theposition ensures compliance with regulatory requirements andcorporate governance standards while implementing treasury policiesand systems that enhance financial controls and reporting. Byproviding strategic insights and financial guidance the CorporateTreasurer supports executive decisionmaking longterm growthinitiatives and overall businessstability.

Whatwill you do on your journey with Web Travel Group

• Formulate document andensure compliance with the Group Treasurypolicy
• Ensure the business maintains sufficientliquidity to meet its current and shortterm liabilities
• Coordinate half and full year activitiesrelated to achievement of cash targets
• GlobalProcess Owner (Treasury) for systems which impact the Treasuryfunction. Ensuring technology solutions provide best practiceprocesses and reporting
• Partner with businessunits on working capital management and achieving working capitaltargets. Focusing on key metrics such as DSO DPO Operating cashconversion
• Work collaboratively with financeleaders to ensure early identification of new financial risks
• Manage and monitor the Group trade FX hedgingsolution to ensure its effectiveness in mitigating the groups FXrisk. This includes monthly reporting of nett exposures andperformance against policy objectives
• Responsible for managing budget and balancesheet FX risk
• Oversight and approval offoreign exchange execution to effectively manage foreign currencyrisks across the Group. Including preparation of the necessarydocumentation to support hedge accounting
• Ownership of Treasury P&L items includingperiodic forecasting variance analysis and exploration ofopportunities which have potential to produce financial value forthe business
• Oversight of cashflow forecastingacross the group. Working closely with business unit CFOs andTreasury operations to deliver timely and accurate short andmidterm cashflow forecasts
• Manage internal andexternal audit queries and proposed action items
• Complete payment authorization in onlinebanking platforms where required
• Workcollaboratively with Treasury operations to improve efficiency andto deliver outstanding service to internal stakeholders
• Overall management responsibility for thecorporate treasury team. This should include the provision oftraining and education opportunities which align employee andbusinessobjectives

Theskills we would love to see in your suitcase

• Minimum 3 years in asenior Treasury role
• Member of a ProfessionalTreasury association
• Must excel in reportingand financial analysis
• Demonstrated capabilitydocumenting and executing an organizations financial riskmanagement policy
• Strong understanding ofaccounting standards and documentation requirements relating toHedge Accounting
• Previous exposure anddemonstrated capability managing high volume FX risk
• High level of judgement and discretion
• Exceptional verbal and written communicationskills
• Proven ability to build positiverelationships and engage people across all levels of theorganization
• Big 4 experience is aplus
• Online Commerce and/or Travel industryexperience is desirable
