LionRock Investment is a real estateinvestment fund founded by Max Piccinini a renowned business mentorand investor. Our mission is to strategically invest in Dubais realestate market while delivering high returns for ourinvestors.

With an ambitious goal of raising $100million within the next 12 months and reaching $1 billion in thenext 3 to 5 years we are expanding our team to support this vision.

To achieve this we are looking for aChief Financial Officer (CFO) tostrengthen our financial strategy support fundraising efforts andensure optimal financialmanagement.

Yourrole :

As the ChiefFinancial Officer you will play a key role inshaping the financial strategy of LionRock Investment. You willensure that all financial data projections and reports are accurateand compelling to attract and retain investors. You will also workclosely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to optimizefinancial operations anddecisionmaking.

YourResponsibilities:

  • Developand maintain cuttingedge investment and cash flowreports that provide critical insights into thefunds performance and futureopportunities.

  • Conductdetailed financial projections and business plancalculations that guide the companys roadmap andattract investors who share ourvision.

  • Preparecomprehensive fundraising dossiers ensuring allfinancial and strategic data is wellstructured to secureinvestments.

  • Presentfinancial data in an engaging and persuasive waythat convinces potential investors of the funds value and growthpotential.

  • Answerinvestor and fund inquiries with clarity andconfidence ensuring that all financial information is accuratereliable andcompelling.

  • Takecharge of structuring financial strategies andmodels that will support our ambitious fundraising goals helping usraise $100 million within the next year and scale further in thecomingyears.

  • Helpanticipate and manage cash flow effectively ensuringfinancial stability and longtermgrowth.

  • Ensurethat the companys finances are solid andwelloptimized to support expansion and investorconfidence.

  • Offerexpert financial advice to the CEO helping to makekey decisions that drive our ambitious growthplans.

  • Workclosely with our team to streamline and optimizefinancial operations ensuring efficiency and scalability as weexpand.

Profile:

  • Experience:You have at least 10 years of experience as a CFOideally in financial services investment funds or real estate.Experience in Dubai is amust.

  • FundraisingExpertise: Proven track record in fundraising withhandson experience structuring and securing investment rounds.Experience in real estate fundraising in Dubai is a strongplus.

  • FinancialExpertise: Strong skills in financial modeling cashflow analysis and businessplanning.

  • StrategicThinker: Ability to provide financial insights thatguide highstakes investmentdecisions.

  • Integrity& Professionalism: You are trustworthyreliable and committed to delivering highqualitywork.

  • CommunicationSkills: You can present complex financial data in aclear and compellingway.

  • Language:Fluent English ismandatory

  • SoftSkills: You are a good listener detailoriented and atrue professional. You thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environmentand enjoy working closely with highlevelexecutives.

Terms&Benefits:

  • ContractType: Parttime position (initially) with potentialfor fulltime in the future. This role can be structured as eitheran employment contract or a freelance collaboration depending onpreferences and legalconsiderations.

  • Location:Remote and ideally AbuDhabi/Dubaibased.

  • Contributeto unique investment operations in Dubai accessibleonly to a select network ofinvestors.
