We are looking for a Public Relation Officer Cum Payroll to join our team
This is what we are looking for.
About the Job:
- Responsible to handle the employee visa process, related Public relations transactions and the payroll process within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in issuance of entry permits, employee e-visas, employment visas etc. as per the company requirement.
- Ensure timely renewal of all existing employment visas.
- Assist in timely issuance/renewal of relevant documents to ensure smooth running of company operations.
- Perform all attestations and approval processes related to the government bodies/institutes.
- Coordinate with the company PRO office/sponsor for any legal requirements.
- Attend to ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
- Process payroll for all employees on a regular and timely basis, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
And possess:
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Time management.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize.
- Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
