  • Organise andsupervise the day-to-day operations of the F&B Outlet andensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner (whichis consistent with operating policies and procedures and deliversservice excellence)
  • Ensures team maintains aconsistent cleaning regime. Record stock levels and comply withstock audit requirements
  • Monitor food hygienestandards and take proactive steps to maintain them and maintain anapproach of continuous development to sustain the best hygienestandards
  • Maintain excellent guest relationsand monitor guest comments
  • Ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional and in line withJumeirah grooming standards
  • Maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets
  • Manage the implementation of F&Bstandards in the outlet ensuring that staff take corrective actionsas necessary in adherence to Jumeirah Group's policiesand standards
  • Monitor the profitability of theoutlet. Identify areas and gaps for continuous improvements,provide recommendations and/or solutions to improve them and assistwith implementing such corrective measures. Take initiatives tosustain them
  • Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others, support team to reach commongoals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother Colleagues
  • Ensure adherence to qualityexpectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, andimplement new ways to increase organizational efficiency,productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Provideon-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates tosupport their overall development
  • Consistentlymonitor the quality of food and beverages and service offered toguests and escalating any major problems/ complaints to seniormanagement to ensure high service quality as per Jumeirah groupquality standards
  • Presumes full responsibilityof a specific Outlet(s) in the absence of the Outlet GeneralManager including and not limited to Forecasting, Audit andCompliance, Complaints and Escalations and smooth functioning ofOutlet.
  • Actively seeks, collates, reviews andshares Guest feedback associated with food quality, service, andoverall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely actionresolving any dissatisfaction
  • Ensurecompliance to all relevant Health, Safety and Environmentmanagement procedures and controls within a defined area ofactivity so that Jumeirah group provides world class and luxurioushospitality services to its guests
  • Implementapproved departmental policies, processes, and procedures. Provideinstructions and guidance to subordinates where necessary. MonitorColleague's adherence to relevant policies and proceduresso that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent mannerwhile delivering a quality service to guests and maintainingstandards of excellence
  • Work closely withOutlet General Manager to understand and achieve financial anddepartment targets. Understand the department budget and financialstatements and provide inputs where necessary. Assist OutletGeneral Manager in achieving maximum revenue and profit in linewith budgeted and forecasted projections
  • Motivate subordinates and contribute to theidentification of opportunities for participating in changeinitiatives, programs and projects considering best practices,improvement of processes and productivity improvement.
  • Perform related tasks and duties as assignedand deemed responsible by management.
  • Responsible and accountable for ensuring thatall Guests are served as per the brand standard. Assist the OutletGeneral Manager in continuously growing the business
  • Accomplishes department's results byassisting Outlet General Manager by communicating job expectations,planning, monitoring, and appraising performance as directed to alldirect and indirect reports

Aboutyou:

The ideal candidate forthis position will have the following experience andqualifications:

  • Minimum of3 years of experience in relevant field preferably within theinternational luxury hospitality industry; 1 years of which inmanagerial position
