KeyResponsibilities:
  • TransportGoods: Safely operate a 15ton truck to deliver goods todesignated locations ensuring timely and accuratedeliveries.
  • RoutePlanning: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes usingGPS or local road knowledge to meet deadlines and minimizedelays.
  • Loading &Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goodsas needed ensuring items are securely loaded to prevent any damageduring transit.
  • VehicleMaintenance: Conduct regular checks on the truckincluding fuel oil tires and other essentials. Report anymaintenance needs promptly and ensure the truck is in excellentworkingcondition.
  • Documentation:Complete and maintain accurate delivery logs receipts and all otherrelevant documentation related to goodstransportation.
  • CustomerService: Communicate professionally with customersclients and colleagues to ensure smooth deliveries and highsatisfactionlevels.
  • Safety:Adhere to all traffic laws safety regulations and company policiesto maintain a safe environment for yourself the truck and others ontheroad.
  • Compliance:Ensure all deliveries comply with industry regulations includingproper handling of goods weight limits and licensingrequirements.
  • IncidentReporting: Promptly report any accidents delays ormechanical issues to yoursupervisor.
  • TeamCollaboration: Work closely with the logistics team toensure efficient deliveries and meet operationalgoals.
Qualifications&Skills:
  • ValidDriver s License: A current and valid UAE Driver sLicense with a clean drivingrecord.
  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience specificallyoperating a 15ton truck or similarvehicle.
  • PhysicalStamina: Ability to perform physical tasks includingloading and unloading goods that may involve heavy lifting andworking in varying weatherconditions.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interactwith customers and team membersprofessionally.
  • TimeManagement: Strong organizational skills to ensure timelydeliveries and the ability to plan routeseffectively.
  • Attention toDetail: Careful attention to vehicle maintenance andproper handling of goods duringtransport.
  • SafetyAwareness: Knowledge of and commitment to road safetycompany policies and industryregulations.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Minimumof 2 years of experience driving a 15tontruck.
  • Experience in the logisticstransportation or deliveryindustry.
  • Familiarity with GPSsystems and route planningsoftware.
  • Ability to handle specifictypes of cargo such as fragile or perishableitems.
  • Knowledge of basic truckmaintenance (e.g. checking tire pressure oillevels).
WorkingConditions:
