ASC Head

• Develop and implement qualityassurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality andcompliance with industry standards.
• Monitor andevaluate the performance of quality control systems andprocesses.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QCprofessionals, providing guidance, training, andsupport.
• Conduct regular audits and inspectionsto ensure adherence to qualitystandards.
• Investigate and resolve qualityissues and non-conformities in a timelymanner.
• Collaborate with other departments toimprove product design, manufacturing processes, and overallquality.
• Prepare and present quality reportsand metrics to senior management.
• Stay updatedwith industry trends, regulations, and bestpractices.

JobRequirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relatedfield.
• 10+ yearsof experience in the flexible packagingindustry.
• Proven experience in aQA/QC leadership role within the packagingindustry.
• In-depth knowledge of qualitystandards, regulations, and bestpractices.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadershipand team management abilities.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.
• Industry experience is mandatoryhowever, UAE experience is notmandatory.
