Business Development Manager – Al Futtaim Honda Honda is one of the UAE's most popular automotive brands and enjoys a presence here dating back to the 1970's when it was introduced by the Al-Futtaim family. Honda's presence in the market has grown considerably, aided of course by excellent products - a car for every occasion, motorcycles, marine motors and other power products to make lives easier. We are the sole distributor for all Honda products in the UAE and our nationwide network of showrooms cover the country to enable everybody to experience and enjoy the Honda range of products easily and conveniently.We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible to identify potential opportunities to increase workshop revenue and manage the development of new system and process to tap the potential available.He should liaise with the Principles to develop, implement and improve upon the Dealer standards at all service locations and be a market leader in the region. To identify areas of improvement in facility, layout, comfort, system and operations and suggest and implement changes required to achieve higher dealer standards and customer satisfaction. To liaise with location managers to identify requirement of tools, equipments and solutions that will improve the productivity of the workshop. To conduct in-house trainings for service staff on standard service transactions. To develop and implement programs to improve customer retention and satisfaction.This role has also the following direct responsibilities:* To introduce new business opportunities by conducting regular survey of the market and competitor's workshop, study and develop best industry practices in house.* To identify lost sale by regularly auditing the service orders of each location to monitor the jobs that are not approved, identify the reason, suggest action plan and implement a system in conjunction with location manager.* To audit dealer standards by conducting re

Reporting into the National Service Manager, you will be a strong leader and able to provide demonstrable experience of the following:* Graduate Engineer/Diploma Holder in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.* 10-15 years in Automotive service department with 3 years in Service Manager position* Understands Automobile Engineering, Usage of Dealer Management systems and MS office applications.* Excellent Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication skills, Planning Skills, Organizing Skills, Negotiation Skills* Strong analytical, administrative competence and business reports presentation is critical for this job.
