  • Advanced proficiency inRevit (3D modeling, parametric design,and construction documentation).
  • Solidexperience in managing and coordinating BIMworkflows, ensuring design integration and clashdetection.
  • Strong knowledge ofUAE building codes, local regulations(e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA), and internationalstandards.
