Key Requirements

Experience &Expertise:

  • 57 years ofexperience in investment analysis venture capital or a relatedfield with a focus on Web3 and AItechnologies.
  • Deep understanding of blockchaintechnologies AI and their intersections.

Analytical & MarketInsight:

  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to assess market trends emergingtechnologies and investment opportunities.

Communication & RelationshipBuilding:

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to presentcomplex information clearly.
  • Proven networkingability to build relationships with entrepreneurs investors andindustry experts.

Leadership &Adaptability:

  • Experience mentoring or leading junior teammembers.
  • Flexible and proactive approachthriving in a fastpaced evolving technologylandscape.

EducationalBackground:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Economics Engineering or a related field.Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g. MBA) are aplus.
