The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

  • As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Aligning L&D initiatives with the organization's overall strategic goals.
  • Analyzing data to determine skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives and work on feedback to continuously improve L&D initiatives.
  • Contributing to the organization's succession planning, by developing programs and roadmap.
  • Leading and mentoring L&D staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the L&D department.

What you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding employees through their learning journey.
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D journey in a ecommerce/quick commerce environment.
  • Hands on experience with LMS and skills competency modules.
  • Strong understanding of training design, instructional methodologies and learning principles.
  • Proven experience in program management, content development and training facilitation.
  • Experience in global L&D strategy development.
  • Ability to leverage learning based tools and digital training programs.
