JobSummary:
We are lookingfor a talented Agricultural Engineer to join ourteam in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordesigning developing and improving farming techniques irrigationsystems and agricultural machinery to enhance productivity andsustainability. This role focuses on optimizing soil managementcrop production and integrating cuttingedge farming technologies tostreamline agriculturaloperations.

KeyRequirements:

• Experiencein the UAE market particularly in agricultureproducts.
  
• Handson experience withseed fieldtrials.
  

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Farm Management &Development:

• Designand implement efficient irrigation and drainage systems to optimizewater usage.
  
• Develop strategies toimprove soil fertility and boost cropyields.
  
• Advise on the best farmingmachinery and techniques tailored to specific farmneeds.
  

2.Agricultural Machinery &Equipment:

• Overseethe installation maintenance and repair of agriculturalmachinery.
  
• Ensure compliance withsafety standards and environmentalregulations.
  
• Continuously evaluateand improve the performance of agricultural tools andmachinery.
  

3.Soil & WaterManagement:

• Conductsoil tests and recommend fertilizers or organic treatments toenhance soil health.
  
• Developsustainable irrigation systems to minimize waterwastage.
  
• Implement soil conservationtechniques to prevent erosion and improve soilquality.
  

4.Research &Innovation:

• Stayabreast of the latest agricultural trends and integrate moderntechnologies into farmingpractices.
  
• Develop and promoteecofriendly and costeffective farmingmethods.
  
• Conduct experiments withnew farming techniques to increase crop productivity andsustainability.
  

5.Project Planning &Supervision:

• Planand supervise agricultural construction projects such asgreenhouses barns and irrigationsystems.
  
• Train farm staff andlaborers on modern agricultural practices andtechnologies.
  
• Monitor projectprogress identify areas for improvement and ensure successfulimplementation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Agricultural Engineering or a relatedfield.
  
• Proven experience in farmmanagement irrigation systems and agriculturalmachinery.
  
• Strong knowledge ofmodern farming techniques and sustainable agriculturalpractices.
  
• Proficiency inagricultural software and machineryoperation.
  
• Strong analyticalproblemsolving and communicationskills.
  
• Ability to work in outdoorconditions and adapt to various weatherconditions.
  

Salary&Benefits:

• Salary:AED 4000 to AED 6000 permonth
  
• Job Type:Fulltime Contract 12monthcontract)
  
• Languages:Fluency in English (Arabic will be an addedadvantage)
