CoreResponsibilities:

  1. GenomicDataAnalysis:

    • Analyzechromosome microarray results and NGSbased tests (e.g. targetedpanel whole exomesequencing).
    • Assess data qualityusing methods like Sanger sequencing and bioinformaticsworkflows.

  2. VariantCuration:

    • Conductdetailed literature reviews for variant and geneclassification.
    • Maintain internalgenetic variant databases and adhere to ACMGguidelines.

  3. DiagnosticsandReporting:

    • Draftdiagnostic reports and support assayvalidations.
