What youwill need todo:

  • Assists inthe preparation of quality documentation including the Inspection& Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of constructiondocuments for compliance with project quality requirements relatedto Mechanicalworks.

  • Monitors all phasesand processes required for the effective completion of all relatedMechanical works and in particular issues of design procurementconstruction and final hand over of the related Mechanicalworks.

  • Monitors theimplementation of Method Statements and Inspection & TestPlans related to Mechanical works and ensure all necessary recordsare generated in a timely manner in their area of assignedresponsibility.

  • Manages theinspection and testing of Mechanical works in their area ofassigned responsibilities including monitoring the work of QCInspectors under theirauthority.

  • Monitors theclose out of punch lists established for incomplete related toMechanical works.

  • Monitorsall measurement & testing instruments employed forMechanical works that they are functional andcalibrated.

  • Witnessesreviews and approves welder qualifications and WPS PQRqualifications.

  • Liaises andcoordinates with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection Company as requiredrelated to Mechanicalworks.

  • Statistical analysisand evaluation of test data related to Mechanicalworks.

  • Prepares filesmaintains test/inspection records and any other quality recordsgenerated related to Mechanicalworks.

  • Assistingconstruction personnel to identify and resolve problems andpotential or actual nonconformances related to Mechanicalworks.

  • Advises the QCManager of nonconformance occurrences and where necessary raises aNonconformance Report for noncompliant work and monitors thecloseout and effectiveness of the correction and corrective actionundertaken.

  • Where requiredassists the QC Manager in undertaking periodic audits includingthose of subcontractors and suppliers in particular technicalcompliance audits in their field ofspecialization.

  • Witnessingof all NDT and Mechanical testing (including hydro testingpneumatic testing etc.)specified.

  • Attends andwitnesses all Client verification of work (inspection test and thelike) on site and coordinates close out of any and all outstandingissues related to Civilworks.

  • Where requiredassists in the preparation of final document forcertification.

  • Assists inthe systems commissioning asrequired.

  • Hands on inmanaging site interface with implementation contractor QC personnelclient QC personnel management of QC inspectors Knowledgeable incodes and standards ADNOC specifications SHELLDEP Familiar with site fabrication constructionactivities.

Whatyou will need tohave:

  • BachelorDegree of MechanicalEngineering

  • Min. 15 years ofexperience (ADNOC experience will be anadvantage)

  • Full EPCexperience in O&Gproject

  • Very Good Command ofEnglish Language

  • Knowledgein rotating equipment

  • ISO9001 Lead Auditor CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT L2 PT MT.MT

  • Well versed in theinspection and certification of Pipeline Piping Structures Processequipment package units NDT methods Welding activitiesTest Package Management Mechanical Completion oil and gas EPCMprojects.

Youare someone who:

  • Goodcommunication skills
  • Is able to work bothindependently exercising professional judgment and coordinationskills
  • Has excellent organizationalskills
