Whether processing operational needs addressingguest requests completing reports or sharing the highlights of thelocal area or assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles andtransporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bellarea the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like partof the experience.
No matterwhat position you are in there are a few things that are criticalto success creating a safe work place following company policiesand procedures maintaining confidentiality protecting companyassets upholding quality standards and ensuring your uniformpersonal appearance and communications are professional. GuestExperience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standsit or walk for an extended time; move through narrow confined orelevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps)and taking a handson approach to work (move lift carry push pulland place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds withoutassistance and 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and belowthe knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping). Doingall these things well (and other reasonable job duties asrequested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts to get it rightfor our guests and our business each and everytime.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma orG.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Norelated work experience.
Supervisory Experience:No supervisory experience.
License orCertification:None
