  • Coordinate work schedules andactivities for crew members andsubcontractors.
  • Monitor workprogress and report any issues or delays to theForeman.
  • Ensure compliance withsafety regulations and company policies onsite.
  • Conduct regular inspections tomaintain quality control on all workperformed.
  • Provide support intraining and developing crewmembers.
  • Communicate effectivelywith internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate projectprogress.


Requirements
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are aplus.
  • Proven experience in aconstruction or trades environment preferably in a leadershiprole.
  • Strong understanding ofconstruction processes safety protocols andregulations.
  • Ability to read andinterpret blueprints and project planseffectively.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills for teamcollaboration.
  • Strong organizationaland time management skills to handle multipletasks.
