Whatyoull Need to Succeed
  • Bachelordegree or above major in psychology or datarelated is aplus
  • At 3 years working experience related toproduct operations/growth user research and user experiencedesigner
  • Experience in Ecommerceindustry
  • Proficient in English at aprofessional level both written and spoken; Arabic isplus.
  • Familiar with local user preferences andhabits.
  • Familiar with user research methodssuch as competitive analysis usability testing indepth interviewsfocus groups A/B testing and surveyresearch
  • Able to establish positiverelationships with key stakeholders
  • Capable ofindependently planning executing and monitoring projects ensuringtimely delivery within allocatedresources.
  • Able to identify problems throughdata analysis
  • Demonstrates independent thinkingand possesses a deep understanding of theessence
  • Displays a proactive approach and isdriven by achieving results.
