The company is leading distributor of premium children’s and baby products across the GCC, representing global brands and servicing major retail and e-commerce channels. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function for our UAE and regional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute HR strategy aligned with COMPANY’s business growth and multicultural workforceManage end-to-end recruitment across commercial, operations, and support functionsImplement and manage performance management, appraisal, and goal-setting frameworksOversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and annual salary reviewsDrive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiativesHandle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolutionEnsure full compliance with UAE labour law, visas, WPS, and HR policiesManage HR systems, documentation, reporting, and HR metricsQualifications8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior HR roleProven experience in distribution, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environmentsStrong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR complianceHands‑on experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relationsHR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsLocationDubai, UAEIndustryDistribution / Consumer Products #J-18808-Ljbffr
