This is a position that isbased in Dubai UAE.

The client is a UHNWfamily.

You would be the Senior HospitalityDIRECTOR for this client.

Thepackage:

This position is aLIVE IN position all though you willbe in a DEDICATED accommodation (apartment) and you will not beliving within the property of the family. Family will cover thecost for your accommodation.

RecruitmentProcess:

All initial interviewswill be telephonic interviews and the final interviews would beorganized inperson directly in Dubai. The client pays for all theflights. We are looking for candidates who are extremely flexiblewho understand that interviews and calls can be organized on a lastminute basis and who understand the implication requested to beworking on such a position.

Theproject:

The family is looking fora Senior Hospitality Directorwith15 years of experience inHospitality (Luxury Hotels Resorts Palaces Chaletsetc. on a top management position who is able tostart to work reasonably soon (depending on the path of therecruitment process of course).

The client willonly consider profiles who have extensive experience in hospitalityand who already have previous experiences as aProperty Director/Villa Manager for private UHNWI / familieswith experience in top management in Hospitality.

This is a permanentcontract. There will be a period of trial (definedby the client during the interview). The trial period could be upto 3 months.

You must have15 years of experience working as aHospitality Director and you are usedto handling:

  • Property Management(Private Properties: Villas/Chalets/Palaces or 5*Hotels)
  • Experience in Yacht Crew Managementcould be an advantage
  • Recruiting & Managingthe Crew/Personnel on these properties/yachts
  • Overseeing the operations of all teams incollaboration with respective team leaders
  • Areable to anticipate the client/familys expectations and learn theirprotocols

The client is looking forsomeone with significant experience working for VIPs UHNWI andPrivate families before as a HospitalityDirector. In order to apply for this position youmust take a LIVEINposition.

For this position you will be in chargeof:

  • The property in Dubai running with40 staff members
  • Motor Yacht of Client basedin the Mediterranean
  • Recruitment of Personnelon property in Dubai & the boat in theMediterranean
  • Management of aforementioned crew& Performance Evaluation in collaboration with TeamLeaders
  • Coordinating with intermediatemanagement companies to ensure contract/visa/recruitment ofcrew
  • Ensuring that all environments landbasedproperties & boats are functioning smoothly from theHospitality perspective
  • Learning about theprotocols & expectations of all family members and organisingthe onground service with team Leaders Interior Managers/ChiefStewardesses/Villa Managers in accordance to these expectations& protocols

Youare:

  • From theHospitality (Luxury Hotels Chalets Palaces Resortsetc. and/or Yachtingindustry
  • Significant successfulexperience working with VIPs VVIPs or Private families in assisting& administrative settings you must have 15 yearsof experience as a PA (minimum nonnegotiable).
  • Experienced in an international purview from awide perspective
  • You must me fluent in Englishother languages are appreciated
  • You areextremely reactive in conflict resolution and handling lastminutearrangements
  • A strong multitasker detail andresultoriented person
  • Very well organized andhave the ability to deal with pressure and timeconstraints
  • Calmpleasant anddiscreet
  • Punctualand well presented and havegood communicationskills
  • Having knowledge in allkind of services
  • Giving a great importance torespect with hygiene and safety procedures andrules
  • Working efficiently under operationalpressure
  • You have a strong positive attitudeand you are a smiling person
  • You are extremelyflexible and you do understand that working for VIPs requiresflexibility
  • You have a strong sense ofservice
  • Very flexible dynamic multitasker
  • Hardworking and alwaysavailable
