About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst to join our expanding team. A successful candidate ensures that an organization adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The primary goal is to minimize risks and maintain ethical business practices. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and various departments to ensure that our operations are in strict adherence to relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with all relevant regulatory requirements, guidelines, and changes in the forex industry.
  • Ensure that the company operates in full compliance with these regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate regulatory risks. Keep these policies up-to-date and ensure they are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
  • Provide compliance training to employees, emphasizing the importance of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of compliance within the company.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential compliance issues and areas of improvement.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Oversee the KYC and AML procedures for client onboarding and transaction monitoring.
  • Ensure that all clients are properly identified and screened according to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports and filings to regulatory authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations.
  • Investigate any compliance violations, report findings, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, risk management, and operations, to align compliance efforts with the company's strategic goals.
  • Keep the company informed about changes in forex regulations and their potential impact on business operations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management or related field.
  • Professional Certification is preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience as a compliance within the Forex or financial services industry.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
