  • Communicate project status, risks,and issues to senior management andstakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of AI,IoT, and data platform solutions.
  • Identify andaddress performance bottlenecks and ensure optimaloperation.
  • Ensure all solutions comply withsecurity standards and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Implement robust securitymeasures to protect data andinfrastructure.
  • Manage budgets for AI, IoT, anddata platform projects.
  • Ensure efficientallocation of resources and controlcosts.
  • Promote a culture of continuousimprovement within the team.
  • Implement feedbackfrom stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned from pastprojects.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation ofsolutions, processes, and bestpractices.
  • Provide training and support to teammembers and other stakeholders.

Authority/ Decisionmaking:

  • Key decisions havingsignificant impact on the department are referred to the reportingmanager for approval beforeimplementation.
  • Authorize and prioritize AI,IoT, and data platform projects based on business needs andresource availability.
  • Develop and enforcepolicies, procedures, and best practices for AI, IoT, and dataplatform projects.
  • Job holder exercisesfinancial authority as per the level established by the companyboard and stipulated in the authoritymatrix.

QUALIFICATIONS &SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, ora related field from a university accredited by UAEauthorities.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect,Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highlydesirable.

MinimumExperience:

  • Minimum of7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on AI, IoT,and data platforms.
  • Good experience profileleading agile projects as a product owner and as a scrummaster.
  • Formal project management qualificationsuch as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management orequivalent
  • Proven understanding of projectmanagement techniques in an agileenvironment
  • Excellent project coordinator thatcan plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks 2-3levels deep within the team.
  • Excellentknowledge on tracking and analyticssetup
  • Proficient with drawing storyboards,creating wireframes, creating / 'grooming'product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptancecriteria.
  • Relentless prioritization andalignment with business and IT stakeholders to ensure highest valuecapture.
  • Excellent communication skills withthe ability to influence senior client business and IT executiveson transforming towards agile.
  • Ability to movebetween strategic discussions with senior business leaders totackle on the ground agile coaching withteams.
  • Strong collaborator withcross-functional teams from tech, design, andbusiness
  • Demonstrable experience of managing adiverse change portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned byproven dexterity, creativity, and the efficient use ofresources.
  • Solid experience of all stages ofthe project delivery
  • Experience of engaging andmanaging third parties (vendors, consultantsetc.)
  • Strong planning and controlexpertise
  • Experience working with design teamto deliver top user experience (UX) and user interface(UI)
  • Good to have experience delivering advanceanalytics, digital, automation and robotization projectexperience.
  • Good to have IT, automation& control system experience and training in similarfields.
