Our client manages several leading Beauty & Spa brands across the Region. Due to rapid expansion and increased market share, they are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead a team across all categories primarily within B2B.
Your main focus will be to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. You will work closely with the General Manager regarding marketing, advertising, website content, and social media. You will be responsible for creating promotional activities for the organization.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute and implement marketing activities following the Principles guidelines.
- Strategically plan, promote, and execute marketing events to support sales efforts. Execution includes advertising and promotions, and market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Oversee marketing material translation efforts.
- Effectively design and implement marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and computer presentation skills (MS Applications - Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effectively and efficiently handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Keep abreast of all business strategies and developments in the Beauty/Spa industry, management strategies, evolving technology, and management tools that can enhance educational activities on a continual basis.
- Teamwork with colleagues.
- Utilize management tools/methodology/implementation mechanisms to achieve marketing objectives.
- Adopt a result-oriented approach and ability to quickly resolve various issues arising from marketing concerns.
Ideally, they are looking for a female candidate who has been working in the region for a minimum of a year with a good understanding of reading and writing Arabic. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your own business unit within a short period of time, so good team management skills are also essential.
