Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for civil and finishing works.
Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors and other project requirements.
Estimate manpower requirements and project duration.
Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor prices where required.
Prepare detailed BOQs and costing sheets.
Ensure quotations include appropriate overheads, wastage, contingency and profit margins.
Review the scope carefully to avoid omissions and underquoting.
Support management in negotiating and finalizing project prices.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry mainly with small scale technical services for Villa Projects - Renovations, Landscaping, Interior Design, Outdoor Living
Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar credentials are preferred.
