Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior Real Estateexperience in the UAE is required.
  • Must beproactive and results-drivenattitude.

  • Must have Stronganalytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellentcommunication in English + additional languagepreferable.
  • Valid UAE Driver'sLicense with own car required.

1. AssistingBuyers:

  • PropertySearch: Helping clients find properties that matchtheir preferences, needs, and budget by searching listings andarranging propertyviewings.
  • Advising on MarketTrends: Providing advice on current marketconditions, pricing, and investmentpotential.
  • NegotiatingOffers: Representing buyers in negotiations withsellers to secure the best dealpossible.
  • ArrangingFinancing: Assisting buyers in finding mortgagelenders and guiding them through the financingprocess.
  • Coordinating Inspectionsand Appraisals: Organizing property inspections andappraisals, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for asuccessful purchase.

2.AssistingSellers:

  • PropertyValuation: Conducting market analysis to helpsellers set a competitive and realistic price for theirproperty.
  • MarketingProperties: Creating property listings, staginghomes, and using various advertising channels (online listings,print media, social media) to promote theproperty.
  • Hosting OpenHouses: Organizing open houses to attract potentialbuyers and facilitate propertyviewings.
  • NegotiatingOffers: Representing the seller'sinterests in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the bestpossible price andterms.
  • Coordinating the SaleProcess: Managing the paperwork and ensuring alllegal and contractual obligations are met during the saleprocess.

3. Rental andLeasingServices:

  • PropertyLeasing: Helping property owners find tenants forrental properties by listing available units and conductingshowings.
  • TenantScreening: Screening potential tenants by checkingreferences, conducting background checks, and verifying theirfinancial stability.
  • LeaseNegotiation: Negotiating lease terms on behalf oflandlords or tenants, including rent price, duration, and terms ofthe lease agreement.

4.Legal and AdministrativeDuties:

  • PreparingDocuments: Drafting and reviewing contracts,agreements, and disclosures for buyers, sellers, or tenants,ensuring compliance with laws andregulations.
  • Managing EscrowProcess: Working with escrow companies to ensurethat the financial transaction process is completed smoothly,including handling deposits and facilitating theclosing.
  • EnsuringCompliance: Staying informed about local, state, andfederal real estate laws and ensuring all transactions comply withlegal requirements.

5.Client RelationshipManagement:

  • BuildingTrust: Establishing strong relationships withclients, offering personalized service and expert advice to guidethem through the buying, selling, or rentingprocess.
  • Follow-up:Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process,providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smoothtransaction.

6.Marketing andNetworking:

  • AdvertisingListings: Using online platforms (MLS, Zillow,Realtor.com) and social media to market propertieseffectively.
  • Networking:Attending industry events, collaborating with other real estateagents, and building a network of contacts (lenders, inspectors,contractors) to helpclients.
  • BrandBuilding: Promoting personal or agency branding toattract new clients and maintain a strong presence in the realestate market.
