The B2B Marketing team atAgoda is seeking a visionary Content Marketing Manager to developengaging content to attract and retain customers. This crucial rolewill enhance brand visibility and create compelling narratives thatresonate with our B2B partners and prospectivepartners.

RoleOverview

As the ContentMarketing Manager, you will directly report into the MarketingManager and help oversee the development and execution of variouscommunication strategies targeted at B2B partners. This includesdefining Agoda's core value propositions, craftingcontent for C-suite presentations, and collaborating with seniorstakeholders across departments to identify and showcase ourstrengths in the B2B travelsector.

What you'lldo:

  • Developand Implement Content Strategies:  Create compelling content thatengages B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and reinforcingAgoda's value across multiple businessunits.
  • Craft Engaging Content:  Collaboratewith design and writing teams to produce high quality contentthrough editing, proofreading, developing editorial calendar,delegate tasks and ensure deadlines aremet.
  • Lead and Inspire Teams:  Manage a dynamiccontent strategy team with wide range of skills, providingmentorship and guidance, developKPIs
  • Collaborate Across Departments:  Workclosely with senior stakeholders to align content strategies withbusiness objectives, identifying strengths and opportunities withinAgoda's B2B offerings
  • Analyze andOptimize Content : Collaborate with analysts to monitor contenteffectiveness and optimize strategies leveraging data insights onall communication to ensure maximumimpact.
  • Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase partnerengagement

What You'llNeed to Succeed:

  • Extensive Experience:  A minimum of 5years in content strategy or related roles. Experience in B2Bmarketing environment is a plus.
  • StrongCommunication Skills:  Exceptional writing and verbal communicationabilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visuallyappealing presentations.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with businessobjectives and enhances brandnarrative.
  • Industry and product Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech and travel industry; experience in theonline travel agency sector is aplus.
  • Data-Driven Approach:  Strong analyticalskills with the ability to leverage data to substantiate contentstrategies and value propositions
  • LeadershipCapability:  Experience in senior people management, with a trackrecord of hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performingteams.

    • Brand Voice andMessaging: Establish and maintain a consistent brandvoice across all content types, ensuring that messaging is alignedwith the company's values, tone, and marketingobjectives.
  • ContentCreation andManagement:

    • ContentProduction: Oversee the creation of high-qualitycontent, including blog posts, social media content, articles,white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, andnewsletters.
    • ContentEditing: Ensure that all content is well-written,error-free, and optimized for readability, SEO, and engagement.This includes proofreading and editing content from writers orcontributors.
    • CollaborativeContent Creation: Work with subject matter experts,designers, and other internal teams to create diverse content typesthat engage the target audience and support marketingcampaigns.
  • SEOand ContentOptimization:

    • SEOStrategy: Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure thatall content is optimized for search engines to improve visibilityand organic traffic.
    • KeywordResearch: Conduct keyword research to identifyhigh-ranking search terms and ensure that content incorporatesrelevant keywords.
    • ContentPerformance Analysis: Use data and analytics toevaluate the performance of content, make data-driven decisions,and optimize content for betterresults.
  • ContentDistribution andPromotion:

    • Multi-ChannelPromotion: Distribute content across variousmarketing channels, including company websites, blogs, social mediaplatforms, email newsletters, paid ads, and other relevantplatforms.
    • Social MediaStrategy: Develop and execute social mediastrategies to share content, increase brand visibility, and engagewith the audience.
    • Partnershipsand Guest Contributions: Work with influencers,industry experts, and third-party publications to expand contentreach through guest posts, partnerships, andcollaborations.
  • LeadGeneration andConversion:

    • LeadNurturing: Develop content that supports leadgeneration and nurturing, creating informative, educational, andvaluable content that drives conversions through landing pages,calls to action (CTAs), and email marketingcampaigns.
    • Conversion RateOptimization: Analyze conversion rates for contentassets (e.g., blog posts, landing pages) and work to improve themby optimizing CTAs, improving UX/UI design, and A/B testing contentformats.
  • TeamCollaboration andLeadership:

    • TeamManagement: Lead and mentor a team of contentcreators, including writers, designers, videographers, and editors,providing guidance, feedback, andsupport.
    • Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with other marketingteams (SEO, social media, email marketing), product teams, anddesign teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives andintegrates into largercampaigns.
    • StakeholderCommunication: Collaborate with senior management,sales, and customer support teams to gather insights and feedbackfor content development and ensure alignment with overall businessgoals.
