The Key AccountManagers primary to maintain & further develop existingcustomers in close cooperation with customer service andmanagement. Developing new business and building customerrelationship. Closely working with operations and dealing withescalations with theteam.

DetailedResponsibilities:

  • Growexisting customer portfolio and secure newcustomers.
  • Establish and maintain casestudy/customer profile plan for top 5 accounts within theportfolio.
  • Develop new business opportunitieswithin your customer portfolio
  • Enter customercall activity and new business opportunities in Dynamics CRM on aweekly basis.
  • Develops and maintains expertlevel knowledge of their assignedaccount(s).
  • Provide exceptional quality serviceand solutions to key customers for all their logisticsneeds.
  • Provide customer KPI reports andanalysis.
  • Conducts business reviews withcustomer to review metrics discusses business opportunities andoperational challenges.
  • Act as escalation pointfor all critical matters relating to customers within yourportfolio i.e. AR issues urgent shipmentissues.
  • Contribute to the overall profitabilityof the region.
  • Working closely with all keystakeholders.
  • Achieve KPIs set bymanagement.

Qualifications&Characteristics:

  • Experienceof 10 years in freight
  • Existing customerrelationships and solution drivenattitude
  • Industry knowledge and is aware of themarket.
