What youwill need todo:

  • Assists in thepreparation of quality documentation including the Inspection& Test Plans (ITPs) and in the review of constructiondocuments for compliance with project quality requirements relatedto E&I works.
  • Monitors all phases andprocesses required for the effective completion of all relatedE&I / Telecom works and in particular issues of designprocurement construction and final hand over of the relatedE&I works.
  • Monitors the implementationof Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans related toE&I works and ensure all necessary records are generated ina timely manner in their area of assignedresponsibility.
  • Manages the inspection andtesting of E&I works in their area of assignedresponsibilities including monitoring the work of QC Inspectorsunder their authority.
  • Monitors the close outof punch lists established for incomplete related to E&Iworks.
  • Monitors all measurement &testing instruments employed for E&I works that they arefunctional and calibrated.
  • Liaises andcoordinates with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection Company as requiredrelated to E&I works.
  • Statisticalanalysis and evaluation of test data related to E&Iworks.
  • Prepares files maintains test/inspectionrecords and any other quality records generated related toE&I works.
  • Assisting constructionpersonnel to identify and resolve problems and potential or actualnonconformances related to E&Iworks.
  • Advises the QC Manager of nonconformanceoccurrences and where necessary raises a Nonconformance Report fornoncompliant work and monitors the closeout and effectiveness ofthe correction and corrective actionundertaken.
  • Where required assists the QCManager in undertaking periodic audits including those ofsubcontractors and suppliers in particular technical complianceaudits in their field of specialization.
  • Whererequired assists in the preparation of final document forcertification.
  • Assists in the systemscommissioning asrequired.

What you willneed tohave:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Electrical / InstrumentationEngineering

  • 10 yearsof related experience (ADNOC experience will be anadvantage)

  • Well versed inthe inspection and certification of E & I equipmentcovering High and Low voltage configurations shall be familiar withinspection criteria as per international codes andstandards.

  • Knowledgeable andhands on in the preparation review and approval of ITP Proceduresand methodstatements.

  • Experience inEPC phases in O&Gprojects.

Youare someone who:

  • Goodcommunication skills
  • Is able to work bothindependently exercising professional judgment and coordinationskills
  • Has excellent organizationalskills
