Weare seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AssessmentCoordinator to join our team. The Assessment Coordinator will beresponsible for designing, implementing, and managing assessmentprocesses to evaluate student learning outcomes and institutionaleffectiveness. The Assessment Coordinator will collaborate withfaculty, staff, and administrators to ensure assessment practicesare aligned with accreditation requirements and best practices inassessment.
Responsibilities:
- Designand implement assessment processes to evaluate student learningoutcomes and institutionaleffectiveness
- Collaboratewith faculty and staff to develop and implement assessment plansfor programs, departments, and the institution as awhole
- Collect,analyze, and interpret data related to student learning outcomesand institutionaleffectiveness
- Preparereports and presentations summarizing assessment data for internaland external stakeholders, including accreditationagencies
- Ensureassessment practices are aligned with accreditation requirementsand best practices inassessment
- Providetraining and support to faculty and staff in assessment practicesand dataanalysis
- Participatein program and institutional review and revisionprocesses
- Stayup-to-date on trends and changes in assessment practices andaccreditationrequirements

Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in education, assessment, or a relatedfield
- 3+years of experience in assessment or a relatedfield
- Knowledgeof assessment theory, methodology, and bestpractices
- Experiencewith data collection, analysis, andinterpretation
- Strongproject management skills and attention todetail
- Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills
- Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
- Familiaritywith accreditation requirements andprocesses
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and data analysissoftware
