JobResponsibilities

  • Serves customers by providing productand service information and resolving product and serviceproblems.
  • Promptly respond to customerquestions submitted via email, chat, phone or any otherchannels.
  • Builds and maintains businessrelationships with our internal and external customers by providingprompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty andretention.
  • Ensures performance goals are beingmet consistently based on qualitystandards.
  • Support the team members and providetraining on best practices.
  • Act as a subjectmatter expert to effectively partner with customers and departmentsacross Property Finder to achieve desired outcomes by clarifyingneeds and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Bean exceptional problem solver, maintaining knowledge of our agiletechnology and being able to use multiple systems and applicationsinterchangeably.
  • Demonstrate a thoroughknowledge of policies, procedures and interrelationships for thearea of responsibility.
  • Exercise a fair degreeof independent decision making and action in the performance ofassigned tasks and duties.
  • Make recommendationswhen policies and procedures need modification when problemsarise.
  • Diagnose the technical problem at thecustomer end and identify the possible solution(s)
  • In case of code error, create a summary ofthe issue (s) and escalate it to the developmentteam
  • Report to the Manager on any issues whichrequire further action

  • One or moreyears' experience in relatedpositions.
