The company is a team of experts providinganalytical services to healthcare clients is looking for a talentedlongterm ML Team Lead.You will join an international team of firstclass professionals who are passionate to create products thatimprove quality of medical services.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Leada team of 710 professionals including data engineers datascientists MLOps engineers and QA specialists. Create acollaborative and productive environment support team memberstechnical and professional growth;

Technical Task Planning andPrioritization: Work with the Product Manager tounderstand business goals set task priorities and manage teamresources effectively. Recommend task prioritization strategies toincrease product impact and efficiency;

Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance:Lead the team through all stages of modeldevelopment from design to deployment ensuring best practices incode quality documentation and reproducibility. Set clearrepeatable documentation standards to support scalability andknowledge sharing. Implement systems to monitor model performanceand keep ML services stable;

Architectural Solution Design andReview: Propose and evaluate technical solutions tomeet project goals and present these solutions to IT architects andthe CTO. Participate actively in technical discussions to ensuresolutions fit organizational standards and longtermplans;

CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g.SecOps DevOps UI) to ensure ML models integrate smoothly with theoverall system and align with other technical projects. interactwith business and explain results of your analysis;

Requirements:

5 years in machine learning with handson modeldevelopment experience;

2 years in a technicalleadership role;

Practical experience with GitAirflow and MLflow (or similar tools);

StrongPython skills with experience using popular ML libraries and tools(e.g. PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers etc);

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) especially their MLand data engineering services;

Advanced SQLskills and experience building/managing data pipelines with Airflowor similar tools;

Understanding of MLOpspractices including CI/CD for ML;

Familiaritywith Kubernetes for ML service deployment andmanagement;

English level B2 orhigher.

Nicetohaveskills:

Experience in healthcare or medical insuranceprojects;

Experience with Google Cloud Platform(GCP);

Knowledge of Document Recognition NLPOpenCVLLM.
