Lead the implementation of project plans ensuring that work iscarried out in accordance with project objectives timelines andbudgets.

Coordinate with clients contractors and interdisciplinary teams toensure seamless projectexecution.

Implement quality control processes to ensure that projectactivities adhere to approved plans specifications and industrystandards.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship adherence todesign and compliance with projectrequirements.

Manage and allocate resources including personnel equipment andmaterials to ensure optimal projectperformance.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timelyavailability of requiredresources.

Monitor project expenses and expenditures ensuring adherence toapprovedbudgets.

Identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies tooptimize project costs without compromisingquality.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regularupdates on project status milestones and addressing any concernsrelated to siteactivities.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfactionthroughout the projectlifecycle.

Identify potential risks and issues that could impact projectsuccess and develop strategies to mitigate or managethem.

Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges andchanges in projectscope.

Maintain accurate records of project activities progress reportssite visits andcommunications.

Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal teamsdetailing project status achievements andchallenges.

Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulationsonsite.

Promote a culture of safety awareness among project personnel andenforce safetyprotocols.

Prepare and write the MOM of the periodic meetings to follow theconstruction worksprogress

Support with all the required documentation to achieve MechanicalCompletion Certificates (MCCs) Ready for Commissioning (RFC)Certificate Ready for Start Up (RFSU) Certificate and ProvisionalAcceptance Certificate(PAC).

Prepare and issue construction snag list and closely monitor theclearance of list items within a reasonableperiod.

Provide the following deliverables but not limitedto:

1.Monthly Progress report.
2. QA/QC reports.
3.HSE reports.
4. Completion Report of Connectionsworks.
Ensure the construction supervision in order to carry out theproject execution on schedule and inaccordance

withthe projectspecifications
Attend meeting with Clients Third Partiesetc.

Attend all the Companyorganized training courses wheninvited.

Awareness of Companys QHSE Policy and Integrated Management System.Be aware of and obey the Company QHSE rules and perform theactivities required by relevant procedures on these issues.

ApplicationRequirements:


Have proven experience as a Site Coordinator Site Manager ProjectManager or related role within consulting orconstruction.

Have project management certification (e.g. PMP)preferred.

Have strong understanding of project management principlesconstruction processes and industry bestpractices.

Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with theability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Be effective leadership and team managementabilities.

Have proficiency in project management software andtools.

Have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements anddynamicenvironments.

Be familiar with relevant codes regulations and industrystandards.

Have proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plansdrawings andspecifications.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interacteffectively with projectstakeholders.

Have strong problemsolving abilities and attention todetail.

Have the ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.

Be proficient in MS Office and in using relevant softwareapplications for project documentation andcommunication.

Have more than 10 years experience in site supervision/constructionworks.

Have civil engineeringbackground.

Be familiar with onsiteoperations.

GCC/UAE experience required.
