JobSummary

  • To track and monitorfinancial and nonfinancial data to ensure the accuracy of theinformation that goes into the management and reporting of allfinancial results of the Middle East and South East Asia basedsites.
  • To provide data analysis of financialinformation in support of the Regional Management Accountant andRegional Finance Director as required.
  • Toanalyse data solve problems and prepare reports asrequired.
  • To manage projects that may involvedata collection problem solving analysis business efficiencyreviews.
  • To use and manipulate the data andsystems to prepare financial models for budgeting andforecasting
  • To provide financial analysis andKPI reporting for the Regional Team asrequired.
  • Review of the information and datawithin the systems and identifying areas for the RegionalManagement Accountants attention.
  • Ensureaccuracy of data going into the systems and theoutput.
  • Production of the management andreporting packs linked to the various systems and ultimately linkedto TM1 Cognos reporting package.
  • Continuallydevelop and improve management information reports for the othersites and management.
  • Problem solving with theschools data and identifying solutions.
  • Producereports to measure efficiencies and build comparisons betweenschools for management reporting.
  • To assist theteam in the preparation of annual budgets regular forecasts andcash flow forecasts with particular focus on financial modellingand reports.
  • Meeting tight deadlines set by thegroup.
  • Any task as deemed reasonable by theRegional ManagementAccountant.

RequiredSkills

  • Experience and provenability in a Data Analyst role with excellent excel and excellentpresentation skills for the purpose of reporting for financial andnonfinancial people.
  • Experience and provenability in data analysis andplanning.
  • Experience in accountancy softwareproducts such as Navision Oracle SAGE and/or other financialsystems.
  • Microsoft Office is required withexcellent Excel skills.
  • Particular experiencein using datawarehouse systems and reporting systems. The group useTM1 an IBM Cognos system.
  • The ability to workto tight deadlines and the ability to gather analyse explain andconsolidate data for management reporting.
  • Someaccounting knowledge is desirable but notessential.
