We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in AlAin United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Project Manager you will beresponsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects frominception to completion ensuring they meet quality standardstimelines and budget constraints.

  • Leadand manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously ensuringsuccessful delivery within scope time andbudget
  • Develop and maintain comprehensiveproject plans including resource allocation risk management andquality control measures
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams stakeholders and clients to define projectobjectives requirements anddeliverables
  • Conduct regular project statusmeetings and provide timely updates to senior management and keystakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potentialrisks and issues that may impact projectsuccess
  • Manage project budgets includingforecasting cost control and financialreporting
  • Mentor and guide junior project teammembers fostering their professionaldevelopment
  • Implement and maintain projectmanagement best practices andmethodologies
  • Analyze project performancemetrics and implement continuous improvementstrategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with clients vendors andpartners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Project Management Engineering or relatedfield
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience inproject management preferably in the built environment orconstruction industry
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing largescale complexprojects
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and guide projectteams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholdersat all levels
  • Advanced organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency inproject management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft ProjectPrimavera or similar)
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a detailorientedapproach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt tochanging circumstances and make informed decisions underpressure
  • Excellent negotiation and conflictresolution skills
  • Professional accreditation(e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or similar) is highlydesirable
  • Knowledge of industry standards andbest practices in project management
  • Fluency inEnglish; knowledge of Arabic is aplus
