We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team

About the job:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and the promotion of a fair and inclusive workplace.
  • Oversee and follow up performance appraisal system.
  • Assisting in employee relations issues, ensuring prompt and effective solution.
  • Handling recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, hunting, pre-screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Handling the onboarding documentation process.
  • Complete documentation in the employee end of service process to make sure the file is closed with all the necessary documents.
  • Assist in HR monthly/quarterly Reports.
  • Prepare and present report on employee engagement.
  • Coordinate the company medical insurance process including the new registrations, deletions and claims.
  • Leave and attendance management.
  • Employment letter issuance and proper maintenance of all relevant trackers.
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
  • Assist in employee engagement/welfare activities.
  • Attend to the tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
