WhyWe Have This Role
- OurXM Strategists support our sales teams by bringing their years ofexperience and credentials to bear through defined clientengagements ranging from executive coaching best practice sharingand vision setting through indepth workshops and shorterengagements with the goal of inspiring customers to chooseQualtrics as their technology of choice for ExperienceManagement.
- This team dives deep on key dealsand strategic accounts to positively influence time to closeincrease average deal size and drive an improvement in overall winpercentage.
- The XM Strategist for ourInternational business will act as an expert advisor across ourcore XM domains (customer employee and market research) forEnterprise customers looking to potentially start their programswith Qualtrics and existing brands looking to expand and elevatetheir programs.
- While most of your efforts willbe focused in the presales environment this expert team is involvedin a number of additional crossfunctional initiatives includinginputting in product and product marketing direction contentgeneration contributing to analyst reports/relationships speakingat and attending events and influencing accountbased marketingactivity.

- The XMcategory cuts across several standalone areas of professionalexpertise. In this role you will gain exposure not only to areasthat align with your core areas of expertise (e.g. customerexperience) but will also be afforded the opportunity to shadow andeventually own motions aligned to other areas under the XM umbrella(e.g. employee experience and marketresearch).
- While this role is primarilydesignated to support a specific market / location it is notdedicated. As such there is opportunity to work across EMEA and thebroader International group growing your experience acrossgeographies and utilizing any industry or use case specificexpertise you may have in collaboration with other strategistsaround the world

ThingsYoull Do
- Work directlywith sales teams pursuing key deals across quarters and years.These deals could range from large dollar deals with significantimpact on shortterm company performance to important industryleaders who prefer to take a crawlwalkrun approach to XM. Eitherway your expertise and guidance will be essential to effectivelymeeting our customers needs.
- Engage with selectexisting customers who have the potential to act as flagshipadvocates and are wanting to significantly expand their licensewithin or across XM categories.
- Act as asupport / guide to the service delivery teams (internal andecosystem) in key flagship accounts and as a trusted advisor to theCsuite / budget holders of our most valuedcustomers.
- Influence gotomarket strategy forXM:
- Provide guidance to the PMM teamon product positioning and messaging competitive intelligence andkey trends influencing how we position andgrow.
- Provide guidance to the teams responsiblefor unlocking barriers to growth in this market (e.g. accessibilitysecurity procurement frameworks) and work with these groups toproactively address critical issues
- Provideguidance on thought leadership content to help build our brand inmarket. Be a visible strategic thought leader at our most strategiccustomerevents
WhatWere Looking For On YourCV
- Experience workingin or with enterprise teams owning CX (Customer Experience) EX(Employee Experience) or MR (Market Research) functions withinnamebrand organization
- Experience consulting onthe design and implementation of Experience Management (XM)Programs Employee or Customer
- A strongknowledge of survey/assessment design change management consultingand quantitative or qualitative data analysis
- Astrong understanding of industry trends and an ability toarticulate for the layperson
- College degree ina related field (e.g. Psychology Business Social Sciences Economicsetc.. Graduate degree preferred.
- Demonstratedability to persuasively communicate complex concepts at the highestlevel within organizations and an ability to build relationshipswith strategic decisionmakers
