Operational&AdministrativeTasks

• Serveasadepartmentalrolemodelormentorbyworkingalongsideemployeestoperformtechnicalorfunctionaljobduties.
• Assignandensureworktasksarecompletedontimeandthattheymeetappropriatequalitystandards.
• Ensurethathourlyemployeesaretrainedoncompanycorevaluesjobrolesresponsibilitiesandtechnicalandserviceaspectsofthejob.
• Encourageandmotivateemployeestoperformtheirbesttakeresponsibilityfortasksandassignmentsmakedecisionsandprovideinputonpossibleimprovements.
• Assistmanagementtoensurethathourlyemployeeshavethenecessaryresourcestoeffectivelyperformtheirjobs(e.g.suppliesequipmentandinventory).
  • Assistmanagementinestablishingandcommunicatinggoalsperformanceexpectationstimetablesanddeadlinesforshiftordepartmentaloperationstohourlyemployeesandensurethattheyareunderstood.

  • UpdatecheckbookfromtimetotimeensuringthatallitemsonthePOswillbereceivedPOswillbeclosedandamountwillbepostedinP&Lonamonthlybasis.
  • Assistmanagementwithscheduling.
  • Ensurethatopeningandclosingchecklistsaredoneandcompletedeachday.
