Media Manager

- Contribute to the overallsuccess of the business by providing actionable insights andrecommendations based on analyzing ad & partnersperformance data
- Identify opportunities forgrowth & revenue generation from our partners through datadeep dives and advanced analysis
- Run insightsworkshops with top CPG brands to identify opportunities &unlock more ad revenueopportunities.
- Build/lead execution plansaround biggest opportunities in collaboration with the markets andother regional owners
- Drive brand recall/brandawareness and customer insights studies to identify adincrementality and consumer insightsreports.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques(e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation analysis) to forecastfuture performance and support businessplanning.
- Create comprehensive reports anddashboards that visualize key metrics, trends, and actionableinsights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate withdifferent teams (Vendor experience, Customer experience, Pricing,etc.) to ensure effective and successful workstreams are gettingimplemented
What did weorder?
- Bachelor's degree inStatistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field;Master's degree preferred.
- 6-8 yearsof experience working with exposure to data analytics role as wellas exposure to commercial topics, experience in e-commerce companyor market insights companies is a plus
- Abilityto interpret complex data sets and draw outconclusion
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau,Power BI or Looker and able to optimize SQL queries for extractingdata from databases.
- Knowledge of Python, orother languages used for data manipulation andvisualization.
- Proficiency in using analyticaltools: Excel and google sheet modeling, data visualizationsoftware
- Build easy-to-use dashboards tovisualize Partner & Customer insights and performance datafor stakeholders.
- Project management skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,ability to drive prioritization whenrequired
- Stakeholder management: Ability towork cross-functionally, ability to deal with seniorstakeholders
- Ideally, some FMGC and/oreCommerce experience on the commercial side
. Media Planning andStrategy
- Ability todevelop and execute media plans that align with theorganization's overall marketing and brandingobjectives.
- Understanding of different types ofmedia (digital, traditional, social, and broadcast) and how tointegrate them into a cohesive strategy.
- Skillin analyzing target audiences and selecting the appropriate mediachannels for maximum engagement and return on investment(ROI).
2. Digital andSocial MediaExpertise
- Knowledge ofdigital platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), search engines (e.g., Google Ads),and display advertising networks.
- Expertise inleveraging social media platforms for brand awareness, customerengagement, and audience growth.
- Familiaritywith digital metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, socialmedia insights) to assess media performance and optimizecampaigns.
3.Advertising and CampaignManagement
- Expertise inmanaging media buying processes, including negotiating with mediaoutlets and agencies for adplacements.
- Managing the budgeting, execution,and optimization of advertising campaigns to ensure they meet thecompany's marketing goals.
- Ability tomonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjustingstrategies as necessary to maximizeresults.
4.RelationshipManagement
- Building andmaintaining strong relationships with media outlets, journalists,influencers, and advertisingagencies.
- Negotiating contracts, media buys,and sponsorships to secure the best opportunities for thecompany.
- Serving as a key point of contactbetween the company and the media, ensuring communication flowssmoothly.
5. ContentStrategy andDevelopment
- Ability todevelop media content, including articles, videos, and visuals, fordistribution across various mediaplatforms.
- Collaborating with creative teams todevelop engaging, brand-consistent content for media outlets andadvertising channels.
- Ensuring that mediacontent aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketinggoals.
6. Analytics andReporting
- Proficiencyin analyzing media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI,and audience engagement.
- Experience inreporting key performance indicators (KPIs), such as impressions,click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, to seniormanagement.
- Data-driven decision-making toadjust media strategies based on performance insights andtrends.
7. BudgetManagement
- Managingmedia budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximumexposure within the target audience.
- Ensuringthat media investments deliver optimal results while staying withinallocated budgets.
- Tracking and reporting onmedia spend and ensuring that financial goals aremet.
