Due to the continued success and expansion ofthe HiTech business in the UAE we are interested in speaking withProject Directors (Project Management) with a provenbackground in HiTech and Manufacturing construction projects andprogrammes of work. Your track record will have seen you managelarge scale complex projects in one or more of the following :Data Centre; Pharma/Life Sciences; Industrial;Manufacturing; Logistics or similarly complex assetclass. 

TheProject Director will act as the key day to day client interfaceensuring that our client objectives are not only met but exceededwherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and costtargets and the appropriate high level of quality sustainabilityand safety standards. 

We are lookingfor an enthusiastic selfmotivated individual who has excellentwritten and verbal communication skills who is seeking creativityand autonomy who is driven to be the best to be rewarded for theircontribution and based on performance have their career flourishwithin a global business that is on an upwardtrajectory.  

EXPERIENCE 

Keyfunctions of the role will involve leading the PMC team with theprocurement and appointment of consultants and contractors designdevelopment local authority permitting and approvals contractadministration construction management scheduling &Programme management andbudgeting.

You will have both astrong pre contract and post contract full life cycle deliverybackground. You will show excellent management and interpersonalskills have an engaging personality and possess a very strong coretechnical skillset with an understanding of construction anappreciation of commercial and have contractualawareness. 

Your proven success indelivering real estate data centre MEP intense largecomplex/technical projects or hi tech projects will allow you toexecute the following key responsibilities as ProjectDirector: 

  • Site Acquisitionexperience you will be responsible in identifying andselecting new sites in line with theclients strategy. 
  • Drivescope schedule and budget decisions to conclusion includingmanaging internal and external resources project teams contractorsand vendors. 
  • You will be responsiblefor leading and managing Consultant/Contractorprocurement.
  • Leading and managing tender forMain Contractor
  • Establish project budgetsanalyze design impacts on build costs and submit approval packagesto theclient.
