PositionSummary:

Our client lookingto hire a Executive and Personal Driver to the Founder andExecutive Chairman plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation of the Executive Chairmans daytoday activities. Beyondproviding safe and reliable transportation this individual willmanage travel logistics assist with event coordination and maintainconfidentiality. This role is essential to supporting the Chairmansprofessional and personal engagements while upholding the higheststandards ofprofessionalism.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Driving and TransportationDuties:

  • Safelyand punctually transport the Executive Chairman to meetings eventsand personal appointments.
  • Plan andadjust travel routes based on changing schedules and trafficconditions to ensure timelyarrivals.

2.Vehicle Maintenance andManagement:

  • Ensurethe vehicle is kept in optimal condition with regular cleaning andscheduled servicing.
  • Perform routinesafety inspections and keep accurate records of vehicle maintenancelogs andmileage.

3.Travel and ScheduleCoordination:

  • Workclosely with the Office Manager and Protocol Officer to coordinateand align travel plans with the Executive Chairmanscalendar.
  • Organize travel logisticsincluding accommodation and transportation for upcomingtrips.

4.Confidentiality andProfessionalism:

  • Maintaindiscretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive informationrelated to the Chairman s personal and professionalmatters.
  • Display a high level ofprofessionalism when interacting with colleagues guests andexternalstakeholders.

5.AdministrativeSupport:

  • Assistwith personal errands and tasks to ensure the efficient managementof the Executive Chairman saffairs.
  • Support event logistics bymanaging transportation for guests during meetings or officialevents.

6.Emergency Preparedness andFlexibility:

  • Beprepared to adjust to emergency situations and unexpected schedulechanges ensuring safe and timelytransportation.
  • Develop contingencyplans to handle lastminute changes to travelplans.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Provenexperience as a personal driver executive chauffeur or ina similar role ideally supporting highlevel executives ordignitaries.
    • Aclean driving record with no black points or fines is a mandatoryrequirement forselection.
Education:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in driving orvehicle operation are aplus.

Skills:

  • Exceptionaldriving skills with a clean drivingrecord.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • A highdegree of professionalism and the ability to maintainconfidentiality at alltimes.

Attributes:

  • Dependablepunctual and personable with a calm and friendlydemeanor.
  • Resourceful and adaptablein highpressure or unexpectedsituations.
WorkingConditions:
  • Therole may require flexibility in working hours including eveningsand weekends in line with the Executive Chairman sschedule.
  • Occasional travel may berequired for events or engagements outside of the primary officelocation.

This position isessential in providing seamless support to the Executive Chairmanensuring their schedules run efficiently and securely whilemaintaining a professional and reliableservice.
